Weigh In Number 19

I have changed my Weigh In day to Saturdays because after this Sunday I officially have the weekends off!!!! So exciting! Anyway back to my weigh in results down 700g in 5 days which ain't to shabby at all. There isn't a meeting next Saturday our meeting hall has a wedding at it, I'm going to have to go on the Monday so I can see if I have reached my goal before my Tassie trip. I'm quite sure Id make my goal if I could weigh in naked since I was 100.7 nude this morning so if I weigh in at ww on the Monday and I haven't reached it on the scales but have at home do you think I can count that as goal reached?? Mind you I have 1.7kg to go I can do it!!!

Well I have to get back to the Christmas presents I'm making my family since they don't get to see Thomas very often I make them these for Christmas they have photos from throughout the year in it. This is one I made for myself early last year (oh how I miss my sweet little baby)

My Revelation

There are a lot of people that say they have no motivation and cant get off there behinds I have been thinking about me and my motivation and why I'm still going strong and I realised that I don't fail in my motivation because I am just doing what I am going to be doing for the rest of my life I haven't deprived myself of anything not even takeaway or lollies I just choose what I have differently. I have set up a exercise routine that I will be able to stick to forever I'm not over doing it at the gym twice a day we all know that isn't sustainable. Anyway just thought I would share my revelation. Also I forgot to mention in yesterdays post I had to get a couple of new work shirt since I was going from 2 days a week to 6 days , My old shirt was a 3XL the ones I got the other day XL YAY!! and Im sure I could of fitted into a L WOOOHOOOO!!!!

Weigh In Number 18

This week I had a whooping loss of 1.9kg Yay me!!!!! so now I have 2.4kg to go til I hit the big 30kg loss so fingers crossed Ill get that in two weeks just in time for my Tassie trip.
I had my WW leader tell me today that I was looking good and she wanted me to get up in front of everyone and talk about my journey so far, I declined, I'm not very good at talking in front of a group I turn bright red like a tomato which is quite embarrassing.
Work is going well at the moment I'm definitely going to be working the weekdays only but at the moment I have to work the weekends to as I'm trying to train a girl to take over and it isn't going very well at all *sigh*.
Thomas is going well at daycare still cries when i leave him there in the morning but the girls are great they say he stops pretty much as soon as i walk out the door so that a relief plus he is always happy when I pick him up so that's fantastic. Ive learnt that I have to be super organised with everything including washing , housework, meals etc. Sunday I hardly sat down which is great for my healthy life but sucks when you are tired.
The weather here has been shocking hasn't stopped raining since about a fortnight ago. Last Friday it was so bad peoples houses were flooded, roads were closed and creeks and street drains overflowed apparently it was the most rain we have had in one go in 130 years and all this a week before it is meant to be summer!!! Crazy!!
Ive stopped reading the WW forums so much anymore they are becoming quite bitchy and negative which is not what I need and I'm way over them although I love Midjerks Motivated Mob thread which although I don't reply to it I love reading everybody Else's replies.
This last week I was having a battle with my mind over eating after dinner thankfully I remember reading one of Jo's replies to some thread about saying to herself the kitchen is closed and boy did that save me this week who would of thought saying those simply words would help.
Well I best be going I might walk to Thomas's daycare to pick him up hopefully we don't get rained on!!

Weigh In Number 17

This week grand total loss was ........... 100g wooohooo hahahahaha. I must say I am very greatful for that 100g loss considering I went out with the girls on Friday night and had a huge chicken parmy (that came with chips which I ate 2 of) and a delicious scoop of ice cream rolled in coconut with a chocolate inside(I didn't know about that surprise) as well as little exercise this week so I'm happy it was a minus and not a plus. This past week I thought I would give my knees a rest and considering even swimming was hurting them I had to have a break I'm very glad I did as they aren't hurting as bad now so back into it all just a bit more lightly.
Ive started back at work full time this week so Ive had to get organised which I must say is very hard the housework has been delayed again and again but no excuse tomorrow as it is my day off and Thomas will be in daycare.
Well just a short one today got to pick Thomas up

Weigh In Number 16

This week I lost 1.5kg Yay me!!!
So Ive now lost a total of 25.6kg and am over half way there WOW! So I know have 4 weeks to lose 4.4kg to get to my goal of 30kg lose before my Tassie trip. I think I might be pushing it but definitely doable if I work hard.
I'm hoping my knees don't get any worse otherwise I'm going to have to stop walking which I will hate a lot. Ive been helping a friends mum sort her house out and they have a huge big stairs oh the pain when I walk down them, I have figured out that I have to walk down them sideways and it doesn't hurt as bad.
Well not much has been going on in my life, Thomas had his first full day at daycare today he loved it thank goodness, ummm I was talking to my older sister the other day and is getting her bum into gear to lose some weight since she is about 100kg (she has put a bit of weight on) and has always been smaller than me and now that I'm catching up she doesn't like it hahahahaha love it. Work is sort of stuffing me about I was going to be working Mon to Fri but now they want me to work Thur to Mon so I'm not going to be getting the same amount hours in as I thought I would since on the weekends I usually get in 7-8 hours for the two days instead of 11-12 hours I would for two days during the week so I'm going to have to have words to them I need to make it worth my while being there otherwise there is no point me going back. Its all to do with them not being able to find anyone to do the weekend shifts I was/am doing argh it shits me!
Anywho better be off go to get ready for my swim and aqua

Patella Femoral Syndrome....

Well that's what they call whats wrong with my knees. When I was younger I used to play or train for netball about 5 nights a week and that started these issues but as soon as I stopped playing completely they got better because I stopped doing any real physical activity (which is why I'm fat now!)
I ended up get special knee braces made which helped a lot while I was still playing netball but since it has been years they have been lost so I'm going to have to buy some more at $96 a brace I'm bloody glad I'm going back to work!! I hadn't really thought anything of the pain I was getting in my knees when I was sleeping but it all makes sense now. So no more running or squatting (which makes siting on the toilet hard) just swimming and walking.
I donated blood yesterday and got a cool keyring that they forgot to give me last time it has my blood type on the back of it. If anyone reading this has thought about giving blood please do the number to call to make a appointment is 131495 it a good way to find out your blood type,your hemoglobin levels and best bit you get a chocolate when you are done plus a cool donor card.
Anyway best go for a walk in this rain before it gets any worse

Weigh In Number 15

Down 500g this week I'm pleased with that considering my scales at home were telling me Id stayed the same as last week.
After every weigh in I send a text message to my family letting them all now how much Ive lost it, saves them all calling me and asking, anyway my MIL sent one back saying that's disappointing but I suppose a loss is a loss WHAT?!?!? I was gobsmacked!!! I sent one back saying I wasn't disappointed its half a kilo gone!!! I didn't get a reply, I then realised why I am succeeding and she isn't( she gained 800g last week after gaining 700g the week before that).

I made my 2nd 10% this week and I have 5.6kg or 5.9kg to loss in 5 weeks to make my goal of under 100kg or lose 30kg before Tassie so I better get into gear.
I started the c25k again on Saturday I bought a ankle strap thing for my ankle(obviously lol) it helped a bit I just have to make sure I don't go down any ditches in the oval and it should be ok. The weather here is nice to day so Ill go for a walk later when Thomas wakes up from his nap I put my walk into the mapmyrun website and it comes up at about 5.6km so weather permitting I should be able to do that daily plus the c25k, aqua and swimming every second day although I'm getting a bit bored with that so I'm going to start changing my strokes and use a kick board to give my legs a workout. I'm finding I'm starting to get a bit hippy so using a kick board might help with that.
I couldn't stay for the meeting this week Thomas was being a tired cranky boy so it was better for everyone there if we left but I will definitely say next week why you might ask Thomas is at daycare from then onwards Yay!! I love him dearly but it will be nice to have adult time again. I have to work Monday to Saturday at work til they can find someone to do the weekends so I'm not to sure when I'm going to be able to go to my meetings hopefully still Mondays Ill just tell the boss Ive got to nip out for half an hour hes pretty lenient so it should be good.
Anyway I suppose I should do some housework or maybe go on the wii fit hmmm which should I chose hahaha wii fit it is!!
