So it was weigh in last night and I was sure I had put on not because of anything bad I had eaten but because my scales at home were telling me I had I suppose that's what I get for weighing myself at home ha ha.
Anywho I lost 1.1kg again
yay which is what Id love to loose every week.
I have started the C25k running program where you do alternate running and walking till you are about to run 5km It is a nine week program and I have 9 week (well nearly 8 now
woohoo)till I go to Bali so I'm hoping to have it completed or very close to it by the time I go.
Im also still walking 6 km most days I say most because the weather here has been horrible I
dont mind walking in the rain but when you are completely wet when you step out of the car I
ain't walking so Ive miss two walks this week but those days I have done deep water pump and my c25k so I
haven't missed any exercise. I also bought a backpack baby carrier to put Thomas in while we are over there so I have to loose at least 12.5 kg to make up for him being on my back.
I have written in my phone that my goal weight by the end of august was 120 so I have 2.3 to loose to get to that which i think is very achievable.
My eating has been going well I made beautiful burgers the other day with the taco seasoning in them they were
yummmmmmy and I think for the whole burger I put it at 8 points that included the bread roll and cheese ill
definitely be having that again.
I'm still having my
maccas on a Saturday lunchtime just so I
don't deprive myself and If I really want it during the week I just think wait til Saturday instead of obsessing about not being about to have it.
