Weight loss goals

I have changed them to include a time line

Weigh In Number 4

So it was weigh in last night and I was sure I had put on not because of anything bad I had eaten but because my scales at home were telling me I had I suppose that's what I get for weighing myself at home ha ha. Anywho I lost 1.1kg again yay which is what Id love to loose every week.

I have started the C25k running program where you do alternate running and walking till you are about to run 5km It is a nine week program and I have 9 week (well nearly 8 now woohoo)till I go to Bali so I'm hoping to have it completed or very close to it by the time I go. Im also still walking 6 km most days I say most because the weather here has been horrible I dont mind walking in the rain but when you are completely wet when you step out of the car I ain't walking so Ive miss two walks this week but those days I have done deep water pump and my c25k so I haven't missed any exercise. I also bought a backpack baby carrier to put Thomas in while we are over there so I have to loose at least 12.5 kg to make up for him being on my back.

I have written in my phone that my goal weight by the end of august was 120 so I have 2.3 to loose to get to that which i think is very achievable.

My eating has been going well I made beautiful burgers the other day with the taco seasoning in them they were yummmmmmy and I think for the whole burger I put it at 8 points that included the bread roll and cheese ill definitely be having that again. I'm still having my maccas on a Saturday lunchtime just so I don't deprive myself and If I really want it during the week I just think wait til Saturday instead of obsessing about not being about to have it.

Weigh In Number 3

This week I lost 1.1kg yay for me. I am hoping I can continue to loose about a kilo a week till I hit the lower 100's I'm going to give it my best shot anyway. My food intake has been good this week except I'm struggling to eat all my point so I'm going to have three weetbix for breakfast to add a extra point and have a salad sandwich instead of just salad to add the extra bread points. Ive also been walking 6km everyday this week except Wednesday and Ive been to curves 5 times this week so my exercise has been good.

Weigh In Number 2

So I had my weigh in last night and I lost another 2 kg Wooohoooo that makes it 5.1 to date. Im really pleased Ive been going to curves three times a week plus walking the boardwalk every day and I have started to run a little bit of it so Im glad its paid off . I know next week probably wont be that much but thats ok Im feeling alot better for it already.
My points this week have been great I had a bit of trouble the last few days using them all because Ive been having ham and salad for lunch so I may have to add to that a boiled egg for extra points and see how that goes.
Im going to Bali in early October so I worked out yesterday its 10 weeks away so im hoping to have done my 10% (116.9) by then which means I now have 8kg to lose from now til then so thats less than 1kg a week so Im sure it is very possible. When I get down to that weight it will be the same weight I was about 2 weeks after having Thomas when I was breast feeding. Once I lose a kilo more than that it will be the smallest Ive been in 5 years!! Cant wait!!!
I nearly forgot I am getting my Curves Salad Bowl today because I reach my 5kg yay they are so cool.
Anyway I better go make myself and Thomas some breaky

The Weekend

I had a great weekend went to work both mornings at 6.30 and was finished by 11.30. I had weetbix for breaky and a piece of fruit at work. On Saturday I had McDonalds for lunch I had a Mc Chicken burger and medium fries and a diet coke which comes to the grand total of 12 points which worked out good because I had a WW frozen meal for dinner that was 5 points. Sunday lunch was pumpkin soup and a roll and boy that was yum! For dinner I had some lean bacon and poached eggs and two slices of toast also yummy.
For my weekend exercise I walked the boardwalk to the end each day that was hard yakka especially the first day when I had to push Thomas in his pram up the whopping great hill that is there. But Im glad I did it I feel like I achieved something.
Ive been to Curves this morning had my workout there Im planning on doing the boardwalk again tonight so I will have done plenty of exercise today.
I cheated this morning and got on the scales even though I know I shouldnt, I weighed 124.4kg thats naked so Im hoping by Thursday I will still be that with clothes on and after lunch I guess we will have to wait and see.

Weigh In Last Night

So it was my WW meeting last night and I lost 3.1kg woooohoooo very proud. I really had to stop myself from getting on my scales at home yesterday they were calling my name all day hahaha but I resisted and got a good surprise.
Im still going good with the points I just had 2 wholemeal crumpets with honey and banana so thats 3.5 points for breakfast. Last night I had a ww double choc pudding and it was just like the real thing I couldnt believe it. I also had some spiral pasta bog for dinner I weighed everything out and I couldnt eat it all which was a great feeling.
Been to Curves this morning which always make me feel good afterwards even though it is really awful weather outside its good to have gotten my some exercise done.

My Weight Loss Goals and Rewards

I was up early this morning to go to Curves YAY!! the owner trainer there was telling us about going to the kokoda trail in a couple of days time and that it is her holiday. I was thinking about and wouldnt it be great if you would actually want to go do something like for a holiday instead just lazing around hmm well its something to think about anyway.
Ive also been thinking about my weight goals and what I can reward myself with when I get to them so here what Ive thought of:
125- Curves Salad Bowl
120-New Bathers
116-10%- New Curves Shoes
110-Hair Cut and Colour
105-Some New Clothes
100-Wii Fit
95-New Bathers(Ill need them by then)
90-Bike
85-Whole New Wardrobe!!!

So thats what I have so far.

My WW is still going strong I have a meeting tomorrow night I wish it was tonight I really enjoyed last weeks one. I had a WW spaghetti and meatball meal yesterday for lunch it was yummmmmmmmyyyyyy and only 5 points. I had roast beef and veggies for tea last night which was also good I only had half a potato cut into quarters when usually I would of had a whole one so the outcome of that was I wasnt stuffed to the brim which felt nice. For dessert I had a serve of lite jelly and a serve of WW strawberry mousse yum yum ill definitely have that again.
The plan for today swimming at 9.30 well floating around the pool with Thomas and then a few laps (see how many I can do) then hopefully if the weather is nice later go for another walk with Adam when he finishes work.

My first weigh in

So I had my first weigh in at WW on Thursday I weighed 129.6kg that is exactly what I weighed when I was 9 months pregnant AAAARRRGGGHHHH. The good thing is it can only go down because I refuse to weigh that ever again!!!
I had joined Curves in February but had stopped going in April because I realised I was pregnant and my HCG levels were low so I didnt want to do anything to strenuous but unfortunaly it wasnt meant to be and I miscarried in June. So back to Curves I went on Thursday and was told I had to be weighed and measured again so I got there this morning and I weighed drum roll please ..........126.9kg woohoo mind you I had to take my shoes off for that weigh in but at least ive lost something!!
Im finding the points system easy at the moment which is great!! I get 25 points a day.
Well Im off for a walk
