Weigh In Number 8

2kg down this week and I got my 10% I cant believe how fast it is coming off and I'm not even hungry and I'm eating everything I want to. I had to change my jeans that I usually weigh in because they look like I pooed my pants they are that loose.
I had a glass of diet coke last night and had two sips and gave it to Ad I just didn't want it how fabulous is that!!!
I stopped going to Curves now, Adam has decided to start training his horse again so he now gets the mornings and I get the afternoons, as soon as he finishes work he comes and gets Thomas so I can either go to the pool or do my run thing which is working out great I'm also walking for an hour and a bit on the days that I don't run (Ive tried walking then running and its all to much for my legs at the moment) My eating was good this week I ate a few points over my allowance a couple of days but never more than 2 and even then I had the exercise points to back me up.
My work pants are now falling off me so Ive had to dig some out from my to tight cupboard
which aren't to tight anymore yay!!!
Also 4 more meetings before Bali, the weigher said today what my goal is for Bali I didn't really know now, my goal was to be 116 at the end of September well Ive smashed that (I'm 115.1kg) hahah I'm thinking maybe I should aim for 111 which is what I want to be at the end of October and is also what I was 5 years ago if I remember correctly that would be wonderful.
Well Im going to go for my walk then 60 laps at the pool later this afternoon and then my Aquarobics class afterwards

Weigh In Number 7

Our WW meetings have now changed days and times so my weigh in day is now a Monday at 1145 which is where I have just come from and guess what I lost 2.1kg woooooohooooooo Ive now lost 12.5kg which is about what Thomas weighs. I'm actually starting to wonder whether it is coming off to quickly since slow and steady is the best way to maintain it. The way I'm exercising and eating I feel I can maintain forever so I just don't know I guess it will eventually even out to a kilo or less a week then Ill be wanting more!
We also have a new leader she has lost 35 kilos she was telling us about why she joined weight watcher apparently she was at the Bali water park and got stuck in a water slide her kids had to come and push her out oh wouldn't you be mortified!!
My eating is still going well although this last week Ive haven't eaten as many vegetables as I should have so that can be my goal this next week eat more veggies.

Weigh In Number 6

Well its been awhile I didn't have a meeting last week so there was no weigh in. Which means double the loss this week drum roll please...... 3.1kg yay me!! so that's a total of 10.4kg so far I'm must say I am quite proud of myself. My pants are even starting to fall off me so ill have to dig out my belt.
My eating has really good Ive stopped buying ww desserts instead I'm having a jarrah hot chocolate with two marshmallows which is 1.5 points. I'm still eating my weetbix for breaky with a banana usually a yoghurt and fruit for morning tea and ham and cheese tortillas for lunch. My arvo snack is the worry i dont really think about it I'm usually doing something so i don't really have it except if i havent had my morning one then ill have it for arvo snack.
My exercise has been going well I'm up to week 3 in my C25k i have one more day left of it then on to week 4 which is has two 5 minute runs in it argh!! Ill figure ill just run as long as i can and if i have to repeat the week again then i will. My boardwalk walks have stopped I've decided to do swims on the days that I'm not doing the c25k just to give my knees a break. I got a membership at the pool today so i can do aqua classes and swims whenever i like now yay!!
So my weekly exercise looks like this
Monday- Curves + Swim
Tuesday- C25K
Wednesday- Curves + Aqua + Little swim
Thursday- C25K
Friday- Curves + Swim
Saturday- C25K
Sunday- Day off/or whatever I feel like
I'm also trying not to use my car as much just to get the extra walking in
At this weeks meeting I got a ww pedometer which i have used today its really cool so far i have 4.5 bonus points, I've done 11044 steps, travelled 7.73km!!!
My Bali trip is 6 weeks away woohoo I'm hoping i can get another 6 kg off by then i think that might be wishful thinking but im planning on working hard for it so maybe not. I'm a bit worried about whats going to happen to my weight over there i think if i concentrate on portion control i might be ok i just don't want to undo all the good work Ive done.
On a sad note my dear friend died this week from Hodgkin's lymphoma after a nearly 6 year battle RIP Nat xxx
