Weigh In Number 9

Drum Roll Please.............................................1.3kg down this week yay me!!!!! So now I'm 2.8kg from my Bali goal and I have 3 meetings left so that's less than a kilo a week very doable. Actually the weigher asked again today what I wanted to be before Bali I told her 111 she said do you think you'll make it I said Ill make sure I do and I will.
Ive been thinking about changing my exercise plan and changing my eating just because I usually eat the same thing for breaky and lunch everyday but I think I might leave it for a bit until my weight loss slows down then Ill change it up for that extra kick start. I got a star pin today I'm not sure why I put my hand up for a little sticker star because Id lost 15.8kg and was given the star pin as well so I'm guessing its for the 15kg loss.
I was having a conversation last night with Ad he was saying he cant remember the last time we had KFC, I couldn't either, he was also saying he is craving chicken and chips and pizza because we haven't had that since I started on my healthy eating. I said we could have pizza if he wanted one night Id just have to have a thin and crispy Hawaiian and only eat 4 slices which would come to 12 points which is the same as Id have if we would have maccas, he said so no whole classic crust meat lovers pizza then I said Id still love to but that's not how I'm eating anymore so no point thinking about it like that. Who would of thought Id say something like that 10 weeks ago!!!!!!!!
Ive been thinking about my eating in Bali a lot lately because I really don't want to go off track while I'm over there to much if any at all, so I'm thinking of taking weetbix over there for breaky and take some jarrah hot chocolate for dessert still. As for the rest of the time well Ive really studied my points books and tried to figure out what the best choices are in the takeaway places and icecream joints. My meals in restaurants that I'm not sure of well Ill just try to make the best decision and make sure that I only eat the correct portion sizes and leave the rest. Plus heaps of walking and swimming, the hotel has a beautiful huge pool so that wont be a worry at all just have to get up early before everyone else gets in there. I was thinking about getting a sling to carry Thomas in while we are there I was going to get it because I would probably be easier than a pram but now I'm think it will be better exercise for me so hopefully our tax will be back in time for me to order one off eBay.

Well I better go for a walk then later Ive got my laps at the pool to swim and aquarobics

Thanks for message! You are going great. I thought the pin was for 12weeks but not 100% sure. Keep up the planning for your trip :-)

Hey Tegan, thanks for your lovely message. I have just read your blog and you are going amazingly!!! I noticed we are pretty close in start and goal weights - I bet you can't wait to get there as I can't! If you keep going like this you'll smash your goal by the time you go away!
