Weigh In Number 3

This week I lost 1.1kg yay for me. I am hoping I can continue to loose about a kilo a week till I hit the lower 100's I'm going to give it my best shot anyway. My food intake has been good this week except I'm struggling to eat all my point so I'm going to have three weetbix for breakfast to add a extra point and have a salad sandwich instead of just salad to add the extra bread points. Ive also been walking 6km everyday this week except Wednesday and Ive been to curves 5 times this week so my exercise has been good.
